The only reason I give 4 stars is bc it wasn’t the original car I reserved and as a result, it wasn’t waiting when we arrived. The guy I communicated with (not the host) was very nice and apologetic. We originally reserved a Camry but ended up with a Charger. The car was fine for our trip but cramped in the back seat for our teenagers. The host was responsive with any
