Host was fantastic with communication and pickup went great with no issues!! Our only complaint would be that the seats got pretty hot after sitting in the sun as the car had no window tint and no remote start. We had to start it a few times and let it cool down before getting in. With having kids, it wasn’t ideal. Otherwise, it worked well for our trip!
