Pros: Pickup was easy. No parking fees with separate Turo parking lot at Logan. Frady was a great communicator, responded quickly before and during the trip.
Cons: we had issues with the car (wouldn't start once for a couple hours, a separate warning light came on -- seemed like something weird and electrical that no one could've predicted).
Ultimately we returned the car early because we were worried about it's reliability. Despite this I am giving four stars because of how helpful Frady was, and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again (just not this particular car), which might say more than a five star review from someone who had no issues.
Thank you for your honest and straightforward feedback it is greatly appreciated . It was a pleasure being your host and feel terrible about the shortcomings with the car. We will make sure the car is fully serviced and not brought back until it is in full compliance with Turo’s guidelines.

The car was great! Unfortunately, we had to end the trip early, but the host was kind enough to accommodate to our request. I would greatly recommend this host and when returning to Boston, would definitely book with them. Easy to talk to and easy to communicate.
