The car was not at the right pickup location. This caused a delay and I had to get a ride share to get to the car. The car had been detailed because of the previous trip. This meant that the seats were soaked the whole first day. Our clothes were soaked through from the ride so we were wet and cold for our hike. No drop of directions other than pick up and drop off near city hall.

I’m sorry the trip was not as expected. I hoped that my ability to be clear and communicate good directions would assist you and make things easy. I can’t control what happens on trips prior to yours. But the car being cleaned as it was, was a better alternative to delivering it to you dirty. I hope that you can see that my intention on giving you a clean vehicle was the better choice. I apologize that it didn’t seem so.
