Unfortunately this was not the best experience using Turo. Reason being, the arrival of the vehicle was 9:30am and the host did not deliver until 9:50 which made me late for my appointment I had scheduled. Another thing is the communication during the process was unacceptable and it was not until I reached out to Turo customer service that the host wanted to comply. Secondly the car was filthy once it was in my possession after the host said that the vehicle would be cleaned upon arrival. Key fob was broken to the point where you had to use the key to open the car. Inside interior was dirty and scratches all over the inside of the door frames of each side. This entire experience was unpleasant and I will not be returning to this establishment. Key

The alarm would go off every time entering the car. The key had all the buttons removed for some reason. Tire sensor light was on and stayed on.
