Mr Bogdan thought that it was an option or debatable not to refund me for an extra storage fee prior to my arrival. Good car. Bad customer service.
The car was parked two hours before the trip was supposed to start, so the guest only needed to pay $10. The guest tried to scam me by claiming he paid $100 for parking and asked for reimbursement. When I asked why he paid that amount without messaging me first, he said his phone was dead.

Just make sure you take the correct bus to the correct lot. Our fault for not doing so.
