"Extremely unprofessional and alarming experience.
Over a 2-month period, I spent over $10,000 renting from this host. Despite daily, on-time payments, he constantly harassed me about extensions and even falsely accused me of non-payment until I provided Turo invoices and bank statements. Both times we picked up the car, it was dirty and completely out of gas/electric charge.
On our second rental, he forgot the reservation time, making us wait. Despite us accommodating his mistakes, he escalated to an unsafe level on drop-off day. Our official return time was 12:30 PM. At 10:00 AM, he went to the police station to falsely claim we stole the vehicle. The police refused to act because they saw we were fully paid and in communication.
We successfully returned the vehicle clean at 11:00
AM (1.5 hours early). He is now weaponizing Turo's review system to lie about police involvement.
Renters beware: this host is malicious and retaliatory."
