Car was great wasn’t filled upon picking up.
We sincerely apologize for the confusion, you expected to pick up the car at the airport at 11:00 AM, while the booking was actually made for pickup at our location at 12:00 PM.
We understand how frustrating it can be when the app is not clear or easy to use. However, Turo support is very professional and can assist you with making future reservations.
We also apologize for delivering the vehicle with 7/8 of a tank and not meeting your expectations regarding the fuel level.
