Pick up was a little weird what they don’t tell you is the car in park in the back of the property it doesn’t look like you supposed to go back there but once I found the car everything else was smooth.

Rental was fine and efficient, but this host has a bunch of random "corporate policies" that make the Tesla into a Tesla-lite experience. The worst of these is that they use a homemade 3rd party Chargekey app to manually unlock and lock the car along with a manual key card instead of the Tesla app. As a result, I was constantly accidentally leaving the car unlocked with the keycard in the car or putting the key card in a pocket and worrying I had lost it. The minor annoying policies are that they limit the car to Chill mode and don't allow access to the glovebox as inflexible corporate policies. I have driving around not knowing what might be in the glovebox. They also don’t have premium connectivity which is low cost ($10 a month) service that allows Spotify and traffic on maps; not having it is just silly penny-piching. The rental experience was fine otherwise and pickup and dropoff is smooth.
