I had a mixed experience with this rental company.
About two hours after receiving the car, I noticed the temperature gauge rising and the car slowly overheating. Upon checking, the vehicle had very low coolant and low, dark oil, which is concerning since these are basic maintenance items that should be checked before renting a vehicle. I ended up having to purchase coolant myself just to safely drive the car.
Overall, the car itself drove fine, and this was the only major issue I encountered.
When I returned the car, they addressed the issue quickly and changed the oil, which I appreciated. However, I was told I would be reimbursed for the coolant, and I have not received that reimbursement. It’s not so much about the cost itself, but rather the fact that it was promised and not followed through on.
Overall, the staff was responsive and quick to address the issue in person, but the lack of initial vehicle maintenance. I hope they improve their inspection process to prevent this from happening tor future customers.
