Easy pick up. Great gas milage. Tiny tank to fill. Easy directions for access and zoom! 🏎️

the car was great, no issues at all. the problem was that at pick up the host did not have the car ready. I requested a booster seat. It took the host an hour to provide me with a car seat! Like I previously mentioned I requested a booster seat, but since it was already an hour after the confirmed time. The host said that if I wanted he could go where I was staying to switch the carseat for a booster seat though. Also, since I got the car an hour late I asked to returned the car an hour late, I never received a response. Since the car was given to me by the host I did not know the lockbox code and where to place the lockbox. After I message them I was given the code and a video on how to open the lockbox but again no information on where to place it. Again, the car was great, but sadly customer service was not the best.

I will never rent from them again they never responded to me when I had question I returned the car 12 hours earlier I modified the trip and no one responded then I was charged $5 to take the car from the parking garage when no one told me about that fee. I’m still
