Andrew’s communication was terrible. I changed the reservation time, and instead of simply saying I couldn’t get into the car yet, he just read the message and left me waiting in the Florida heat for over 30 minutes. Even during the trip, he continued reading messages without replying.
This guest decided to show up and enter the vehicle about an hour before the trip start time. I did not give this guest any instructions nor did I authorize the early vehicle access. I provided the instructions before the trip start time. All other messages were info related not requiring a response and we sent multiple messages throughout the trip detailing all necessary instructions.

I put the key back in the same place I found it , it was a great car, very smooth, very clean , I would rent again, oh and great communication was had all around very satisfied.
