Let’s talk about how everything was fine when I was in the car every day and all the sudden changed very rude. Very discriminating. Talk to you like anything did not notify me properly when the oil changed. It will be done. Very demanding basically canceled the trip with end of the trip and yes, on my end I made him come get his car because you in convinced me I in convince you but overall the communication there’s four people that he has a cohost and they’re all room on the owner itself is very rude. Very rude. They try to talk to belittle overall the car is a 2023 almost has 80,000 miles on it so that should tell you everything it has UPS in it so he monitors micromanage your car while you’re in the car just very disturbing those weird things does wear. Things will come out very nice like oh yes will help weird to help you but as soon as you speak up for yourself and say something about something that right oh, he flips out he needs to be coach. He needs to take the GPS out or he needs to stop micromanaging people that has his car because I rented the car because I am a mobile Nurse oh he didn’t like that. He’s like oh you did 60 stops then the pictures that he uploaded was so not true. He said I was in the county that was never in a county so all he has proved everything he has proved but one is oh it made me pay for the oil change. He didn’t wanna pay for it. He said that the receipt that was uploaded was false actually called the place and I acted like I didn’t even want the person. I got the oil change I know like yeah that’s a Valerie receipt but ain’t never reimburse me. It’s just weird.
Unfortunately for us, things played out very differently. The guest was advised to get an oil change (they were also told they would be reimbursed) after we were contacted by Nissan of usual activity in the car. Engine idling 14 hours a day, engine on 24 hours a day. Guest uploaded an AI generated receipt after refusing to get it done for a week. Guest was advised to return car, but instead abandoned car in Miami (with no key) and needed to be towed back to Orlando.
