Great car, low miles and in great condition. Car was clean, full of gas. Great gas mileage. I didn’t need any help during my trip so no communication was necessary but everything I needed to know was provided up front and clearly communicated. Would rent from host again.

Flat tire in the first 12 hours of our vacation. After removing the tire we noticed 2 bulges on the sidewall where the hole happened. All we had done was drive to our rental home and park the vehicle. We never caused any damage or hit anything. We spent the first 2 days of our trip worrying about getting a new tire installed. Host was not much help. Told us to start a damage claim which we did and said we would get reimbursed. 6 days later Turo responded to our claim and said the host (ericson) wanted to resolve the issue outside of turo claim. After much back and forth Ericson was not interested in helping and told us to “trigger insurance” so we would get reimbursed. We kept getting the runaround to avoid helping.
We have had mostly good experiences on turo but this time the host lacked professionalism and communication.
