Car was great, except the radio didn’t always work
We investigated the matter and found no issues whatsoever; was your phone paired with the radio? It is a shame to receive a rating like this, as the rating is meant to reflect our services and the condition in which we delivered the car—not incidents that occur during the trip. It is truly difficult to lose a rating simply because the radio didn't work, especially when everything is actually in good working order.

Do not book with this host. Had a mechanical issue with the car and would not respond. Was stranded for hours. Would not answer Turo’s calls either. If you want your vacation and trip ruined then go ahead and book with them.
