Excellent service. The rental process was quick and easy. The vehicle was clean, in excellent condition, and ready on time. The staff was friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. I will definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them.

No spare and spent $200 to replace the tire and get emergency service. Not good at all! Unhelpful and the car was old and loud. Gas cap would not close. Tire pressure very low and close to bald.

I’d heard of this app before but it was honestly a really great experience!! The only reason for 4/5⭐️ is because we had some issues with our car, but overall the communication was great, app was easy to use, and they give you a decent number of miles.
The two “issues” we had:
There were some mechanical issues with the car, but not something that could be fixed without having to switch cars and we honestly didn’t feel like it. But, the A/C only works when you’re driving consistently at 55mph on a highway. Anything less and it’s humid sticky air. The second issue with the car was the insane rough idle it had. Again nothing could be done about these issues unless we switched cars.
The only app issue (which may not be an actual app issue) was the length of time it took to “approve” my drivers license. It didn’t get approved until maybe 20 minutes before we were supposed to pick up so that was a bit stressful wondering if we were going to have a car rental or not.
Again over all, would definitely rent again!
