The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. They were very accommodating as well. We experienced a few slight maintenace issues with the car, but nothing too major and the host made up for the inconvenience by allowing us a later return time. The pickup/ return location was easy to find. This was my first time using Turo and I think it went pretty well.
