I rented the car for a week. Really nice car and great on gas which a huge win. The pick up and drop off directions was seamless. I would definitely rent this car again in the future.

The car seemed perfect , until the rear passenger tire blew out on me on my way to wedding ! After that it was inconvenience after inconvenience. I called a tire shop to come help me remove the tire because the host did not have the proper tools to put the spare tire on. Then the tire shop needed a wheel key lock which I called the host and they told me they didn’t have it. And they’re sorry that I’m going through this. Then the host proceeded to send me an invoice for $230.00 for the tire. I immediately called the host when the tire blew out and all they could say is I’m sorry this happened to you . And proceed to charge me like if them having bad tires is my fault ! There was a huge language barrier with Cheng so her husband had to speak for her whom I understood better . Overall it was a terrible experience but lesson learned ! Smh ! I wouldn’t trust these people . My family was put in danger ‼️
She's just making excuses for her mistake. The tire blew up while she was driving, leaving it completely shredded and the rim all scratched up - obviously due to her poor driving causing the tire to burst. I had no choice but to get a new tire replaced. The mechanic said the tire's tread marks were still pretty clear and the wear wasn't bad, so it should still last 8,000 to 15,000 miles. She tried to shift the blame onto me, saying I gave her a bad tire. This is my new car from last year though.
