However the key fob did not work do unlock and lock the car and it feels like the car is not shifting right, and there’s no Bluetooth in the car like it was directed

The vehicle does have Bluetooth available.
Regarding the shifting concern, we did not experience any abnormal shifting during inspection or prior trips. This Lexus CT is a hybrid vehicle.
