The car has only one port that works for charging and its in the backseat. You will have to have a box plug in as well for this charging port. Such an inconvenience! Host didn’t communicate well, I have used a lot of Turo’s and normally the host responds quick but not in this case. The cars breaks and very hard be careful breaking! Vehicle drives okay.
a loud odor of cigarette smell was in the vehicle through the AC vents and all through the car, the car drives perfectly fine. Nothing was wrong with the vehicle until you drove around with the lockbox on it for a week and you caused the maintenance light to come on so you’re only leaving a bad review with lying in it because you’re being penalized & charged for damages and we were very communicative. You only wrote us one time and we have proof of that. You lied to Turo and now on this review.

Pickup took a hour. And couldn’t find any Dropoff location details. But beyond that everything was good. Hopefully I dropped off in right place!
Hello sorry you felt that way sir. Drop off was within turo guidelines of 30 minute grace period. Traffic held is up. And turo didn’t update fast enough due to service connection at the airport. But drop-off was very descriptive and the vehicle was right in the area you were few feet away from you. Gas cap cover was broken by an other guest unfortunately and turo stated it could be listed still. We also offered and tried to accommodate you with an extra free hour half but you declined. Bless day
