We were a group of four and booked the Jetta for a roadtrip for 10 days. Tough we all are quite tall, the front and backseats offered a lot of space and we were able to easily fit all our luggage into the trunk. We were really surprised by the fuel efficiency, the best we got were 44mpg on a highway. The host answered reasonably fast.
The only negativ points were the displays for the infotainment and the dashboard. They automatically dimmed down there brightness a few seconds after turning on the car and we weren’t able to figure out how to make them brighter so on bright sunny days it was difficult to read the screen. Probably this can be fixed easily if you know how. Additionally we had no windshield washer fluid :/ . Overall we had a great experience with the car and everything worked as expected.

Matthew was very communicative and understanding with trip extension dates and early pick.

Yet another 5-star experience with Matthew specifically and Turo!! Even when I had to return the car early he was understanding and would highly recommend Matthew and Turo, time and again!!

Matthew was great! Amazing communication! Allowed me to keep the car for additional time due to a late return from another user, which worked out well in my favor! Will definitely be using Matthew again for car renting purposes!
