I really don’t like to give bad reviews, however, giving a positive review here would be dishonest.
While the offsite parking is not terribly inconvenient, there was a $35 parking fee not communicated in the listing.
The tank was not full on pick up, however, it was requested to be filled on return. We prepaid for the next renter’s gas at the cost of about $30.
The car has several maintenance issues. The gauges and dash seem to be permanently in night mode. As a result it’s nearly impossible to see critical vehicle functions. You must rely on your phone for navigation as you cannot see CarPlay. Backup camera and gauges are difficult to see. This is a matter of safety and should be addressed.
An engine hose of some type was left in the cup holder. Not sure where it goes, but it didn’t instill confidence.
Washer fluid was dry.

I want to address the parking fee: it is disclosed in the listing, and it is the most convenient parking option compared to the others.
You cannot say several maintenance issues when you only had issues with the brightness of the gauge cluster. Also, that has been addressed and is working just fine.
I am not aware of any plastic hose sitting in the car. Again, I apologize if you had a bad experience. Thank you
