I have booked to this company/dealership four times now and they always promise an email stating that they will give you a percentage off next time you book. I have yet to been offered or applied to any of my rentals with them. They beg you for a review but don’t hold up their end of the deal, but we’ll find any way to charge you expenses that you’re required.
As a courtesy, we provide returning guest discount codes after each rated trip. These codes are sent through Turo and can sometimes be difficult to locate. Had you reached out, we would have been happy to help.
Discount codes must be applied by the guest during booking, as we cannot apply them from our end. We appreciate your repeat business and would have gladly assisted with this concern.
