Was not happy about the pick up and return in long-term parking. I’ve never had a Turo rental do that. Part of the reason I choose Turo is for the convenience. Having to wait for a shuttle and take a shuttle to the long-term parking is not preferable.

Thank you for your feedback Karye! I provide all guests with pickup instructions, including the vehicle's parking location, at least 24 hours before the trip begins so there are no surprises. I use an airport-approved long-term parking lot located near the terminal to help minimize parking expenses and keep rental prices competitive. While I understand it may not be everyone's preference, the location is communicated in advance so guests know what to expect.
The service was flawless!! Process was easy and the vehicle is absolutely fantastic! Will be renting again.
