Car problems just n ok t great first experience with Turo
Oh, one star is outrageous. Had an issue with the vehicle you called me about the issue. I rectified the issue within one hour of your reservation without disturbing anything you had going on and you do a one start because this is your first time reserving tomorrow wow great guest

Host responds back immediately, car was easy to find. Car was very clean. It just wasn't a safe operable car. Host thought check light low warning light meant the bulb was running low instead of checking the low bulb and not the high bulb because it wasm out and I could not see to drive at night. However. Host traveled across counties to come and fix the issue but it had an electrical problem and couldn't be fixed so I had to turn it in early and miss 2 nights of work
Unfortunately, I apologize that you did not have the best service they are vehicles. Anything can happen at any given time. Every vehicle is pre-check before it is so please if you’re gonna leave a review for the public please give them the whole story. They are vehicles. Things happen issues will get fixed in a timely manner as you can see if they cannot be fixed. You will be refunded accordingly. Thanks again.
