Very complicated experience. I had issues with the AC working and then going out. It did not constantly work. It would blow warm air after being in the vehicle awhile. Sometimes after driving 45 minutes the air wouldn’t blow hard anymore and you couldn’t feel it well. It was up to 113 degrees outside. AC was very important at my age with these temps. He first tried refilling it with freon. Unfortunately that didn’t fix the issues… the air that would come out cold was colder but still had the issues of the fan not blowing and in extreme heat it not keeping up. After returning the vehicle and accidentally leaving it at 3/4 tank he charges me $30 to fill. Then says I got in and AC works fine… I found that to be very rude. Why would I lie about your AC? Especially after driving 45 minutes to you to allow you to try correcting the issue… very disappointing with his response and people do need to be aware in Arkansas heat there is an issues with the AC.

None of these issues were present with the car. I tested the AC myself and it is working properly. It’s honestly very disappointing that someone would make these claims just to avoid paying for gas, especially after returning the car without a full tank when I gave it to you with a full tank. On top of that, the car was returned in a very dirty condition. I would never expect someone to handle a rental this way.
The car was fine but the air kept going in and out . Needs to be serviced but other than that it was a good car
