Very poor. Was not at all like the rental pictures. Smelled like marijuana. Back seat was stained. . Seat covers put on front seats did not even fit and filthy under the covers. Head lights had so much film…could hardly drive at night.
It did get me from
Point A to Point B, which was a plus.
I did inform the owner about all of this. Vehicle had been rented for a month before I rented. They had to have known about am of these defects
Hands down the worst vehicle I have rented from TURO! All others have been a 5 Star.
I just wish I would have had time to get another vehicle. Don’t need to deal with this at my age. Not a complainer.
Doesn’t stop me from renting from TURO, just a bad experience.

Car quality , pick up, drop off , and host were great. Only issue was SUV ordered was unexpectedly not available when we were landing. The host had a backup smaller vehicle ready without delay which was a little tight but worked out great !
