Car stunk like mildew the whole time

The car was freshly washed, vacummed, cleaned, deodorize and refreshed with spray 90 minutes before the vehicle was dropped off. There was no smel beforehand nor was there any issue of a smell brought up from the previous two renters in the last week and a half. it smells heavy in there upon returning like gasoline. I don't appreciate a bad rating or review in hoped of a refund
