I would not recommend booking with this host. I booked the vehicle and right before my trip was supposed to start, he claimed the car had been stolen and even accused me of sending someone to steal it. The situation was very unprofessional and felt suspicious. It caused a lot of inconvenience and I would suggest booking with a more reliable host.
I have had 400 plus trips on turo with positive reviews and I will say this was the worse experience I have had on this app.This guest had someone show up 6 hours before the trip.I checked the vehicle at dawn within min This Guest had someone show up,park on the other side of my building.Then this person passed all these vehicles parked on the lot then went for my vehicle.Thats not coincidence they knew which vehicle they wanted.My vehicle was taken but i recovered and they fled in another car.
