The car was great. Very easy pick up! I’ve rented from these guys twice and will do in the future.

The car drove okay despite the low engine oil warning sign and the inconvenience it caused to top off! However, the main issue was with the cleanliness. The car was supposed to be cleaned and disinfected but was beyond filthy upon pick up, garbage underneath the seats, dust and hair (human and maybe animal) all over the interior, and the discovery of dirty Q-tips by my guests really did not end the trip on a good note!
