I had trouble locating the car upon pick up as I was not advised that the car was parked on the third level in the parking garage.

Thank you for your feedback. Detailed parking directions were provided, and I responded promptly to your calls and messages to personally guide you to the vehicle. The vehicle was parked next to the elevator and stairs. No concerns regarding Autopilot, lane assist, or cruise control were reported to us at any point during the one-day trip, so unfortunately we were not given the opportunity to assist or address the concern.
