Regarding communication at pickup, you reached out 4 minutes after start time while I was actively doing the vehicle check-in and safety photos. The check-in requires full on-screen focus in the app, so I was unable to view or reply to messages until those steps were done to ensure the car was properly released. I appreciate your feedback and hope to host you again.
