Our Camry Hybrid was great, communication with Mina was timely, however, we were not prepared to pay for parking when exiting the airport lot with the car. I learned it is normal practice to have to pay, but a heads up would have been nice. Mina agreed to split the cost, but required extra effort to work with Turo to get my money :-(

Despite my efforts to accommodate you, you remained dissatisfied and even expected tolls to be free. Parking and tolls are the guest's responsibility.
