The car was amazing. Enjoyed driving a Tesla. Only issue was the person who rented before me was late returning so the car wasn’t there when I arrived. The person before me dropped it off and I got right in after them. Consequently, the car wasn’t cleaned. I did see a few ants in the car, which could have come from the renter prior to me. The car also wasn’t charged up. Alberto did comp me 2 charges. One full charge was depleted in less than 24 hours. That was kind of strange being that I knew I hadn’t drove that much. I think just more time in between bookings would help. All together, I enjoyed the experience and the check-in/checkout process was seamless. Alberto communicated well!
