PROS:
*Erika was a sweetheart...super friendly.
*Pickup location was convenient.
*Car was serviceable for our needs.
*Host was flexible when I needed to delay pickup due to a conflict.
CONS:
*Communication was terrible. Sent multiple messages to host with no response.
*Waited 45 minutes to get keys and found out they had been in a lockbox the whole time that was never communicated to me.
*Car was filthy when we picked it up. It obviously had not been cleaned since the prior guest dropped it off. There were Chick-Fil-A receipts and pieces of chicken in between the front seats. There were many bottles of spoiled yogurt drinks rolling around in the trunk that made the whole car smell like spoiled milk for the entire trip.
*Car only had a half a tank of gas at pickup.
*Car had a service warning for Tire Monitoring System that was on during the trip.
Hey Deborah, thank you for your feedback. Your booking was last-minute, and due to a Turo system issue, we had no prep window. We offered complimentary fuel to help. The vehicle was picked up about 12 hours late; while we had the right to cancel, we kept it open to accommodate you. If we had known about the delay, we would have ensured the vehicle was freshly cleaned. We appreciate your understanding and your business.
