The 2020 white Malibu was a great rental! The car was clean, reliable, and drove smoothly the entire trip. Pickup and drop-off were easy, and the host was responsive and professional. The vehicle was exactly as described and made my travel experience stress-free. I would definitely rent from this host again and highly recommend this Malibu to anyone looking for a comfortable and dependable ride. Thanks for a great experience!

Overall my trip with the car went smooth.
Gas tank wasn't full, trunk was still dirty, and the seats have a few stains. Check in process was pretty redundant and a little annoying. Location has foot traffic coming in & out, and I had a random person walk up to me while I was trying to check in and ask where the sign with the phone number to rent the cars was.
It seems like they are newer at renting from that location. I will probably rent again but look for a different car.
