First time having a host who responded hours later or barely responded. My first time driving an electric car and had more questions than usual, his response was sorry I don’t have my phone connected to me as it’s the weekend.
I returned the car at 74 percent only because it was cold, snowing and raining and the charging station was charging slowly and I needed to drop the car back off at 7am . I paid my balance for charging and will never use this company again, I usually use Turo when I go on vacation and never had any issues this was a surprise for Valentine’s Day to my other half and this car experience was the worse, the car needs new windshield wipers, a couple of the cameras do not work and it stays on the screen letting you know, during your whole ride and a few other details that I mentioned to the host but he didn’t respond.
