Car was great. The app instructions are a tiny bit different than what is in the host instructions. The Auto Unlock didn’t work except when we first picked up the car. Likely user error.

Love the keyless entry, once we understood what a passkey was it’s easier than lockboxes and codes. Car was great, charging easy to find in the Nashville area and the ride was comfy

The car was very nice and drove very good. The pickup location is a huge lot and unless you ask for help you’re searching the whole lot with over 200+ cars. Not only that, I guess the vehicle I originally paid for was unavailable which was fine so they swapped me before I even got the car but once I got the car I had nothing but issues. Got locked out at 2 am because the key didn’t work because the trip ended on the key because of the swap confusion even though I picked up the correct vehicle on the 1st day I had it. Also got the car at 19% so I had to charge the car immediately once I left. Overall the car was nice but the experience was terrible, although customer service helped to resolve everything it was just a headache and extremely expensive. Thanks for the trip though

Car was fine; not a fan of their Resla bullshit (third party app that manages your trip); as a long time Tesla owner, would have preferred to add the car to my existing Tesla app for ease of use.
