Good experience. Different than what I’m used to. Not in a bad way though. Would use again.

I wouldn’t rent from this company again. The shuttle takes forever to come get you from BNA and take you to the car rental area, they use flyaway and they were so unhelpful, my car was super dirty inside and out, the communication wasn’t great (they send you phone numbers to use that don’t even work so you get auto message replies to call another number instead…it’s not well organized). The only easy part was actually getting into the car and returning it. I had a family member drive me back to the airport because I didn’t want to deal with/didn’t trust the shuttle again. I would highly recommend going with a better company that makes it easier to get your car and has the car in better/cleaner shape when it’s your turn to use it.

The car and experience was great but the mobile key was a pain. There were issues connecting the app to the car every time I tried to lock, unlock, or start the vehicle

Car quality was great inside and out, the whole process was very easy and convenient, way better to rent a car here than through the airport and definitely will be doing it again.
