The quality of the vehicle wasn’t as expected. I’ve rented from this company before and had a better experience. Check in was smooth and easy. Upon arriving to the Tesla, I started the inspection process and saw it was dirty from head to toe. Stains on the seats, sun visor and in between. The vehicle has some exterior and intake damages that I documented heavily.
