Awesome experience. I will definitely be using the service again many times if I could give it 10 stars I would.

Upon arrival, instructions to get to the car were not clearly specified. I had to call them for assistance multiple times and sometimes they do not respond.
They disabled my ability to drive the car in the middle of my rental. Because of this, I was late to an important meeting.
I think this company is unprofessional and do not recommend renting from them.

Although I had a pretty rough time with flights being delayed, the entire process was smooth. Each host communicated quickly and with thorough details. Vehicle was clean as a whistle and sooooo easy to locate during pick-up and even easier to drop-off. Highly recommend renting with Resla because I sure plan to again.

The instructions were very helpful but it was a little involved getting from the airport to the car on the shuttle and back when we returned the car.
No smoking allowed
