The Tesla was off-site which we missed somehow when we reserved it. It was $75 for a Lyft to get to it from BNA. Once we found the lot, the first digital key was not working and the company helped us until we got a working key. It took a few hours to work all of this out but once we did, the car was great. They have been very helpful with all of our questions.
