They changed the location of our pickup WHILE we were picking up and we had to take a Lyft to get to the destination to pick up the car. I must be reimbursed for my Lyft to and from the airport.

Sent me the app/code to get into the car over text far too in advance to the trip that I didn’t realize it had been sent. Get there and had no idea which car was mine and when I found the car, it was the dirtiest in the lot. They want you to vacuum it out before returning (should be on them as you are paying to rent the car and their obligation) and we were stressing out to find a spot, but were going to be be late to our uber to our flight out, if we continued to search. The vacuum place we went to was being demolished so we gave up. I will say communication was good other than those things, when I had questions or problems, they were fairly quick to respond. I did not like I paid for a week for the car and an extra hour more than I needed to drop off to them for THEIR convenience to a lot downtown and then pay more money for uber from and to the airport. Battery dies super fast and when it’s dead summer and you’re using AC it goes even faster. At the end of my trip, they sent me a message saying, “we will rate you 5 stars if you rate us 5 stars” before even returning the car and I’ve been waiting for a review from them and none! Offer no add-ons like cooler, car seat or wherever to help your trip. They make you use their app to supercharge them add 20% of the charge price to your bill. Should’ve just got a gas powered car at that point! These Teslas are mediocre at minimum, no tinted windows to block the sun, basic AF and just not worth the hassle! Being demanded to find a “free” vacuum place (“these many all over the city”) when you’re on vacation for a rental before returning is wild to me. What are we paying you for? I feel like I’m being generous with a 3 star. If you are staying strictly downtown only, it might be okay. Just will never rent a Tesla anywhere else ever again and it certainly did not convince me to buy one! The thing I’ve liked about Turo in the past is it’s a personal experience, these are a rental business ran mentality and I wish I would’ve realized that prior because it was nothing like my prior Turo experiences.
