It was fine. Car had a whistle in the door when driving. It was annoying.

Best part of Turo used to be renting personal cars from owners but large companies who have huge fleets ruin the experience. First I had to upload my ID TWICE, then told I had to do it a 3rd time. When I asked why, NO response. The night before the trip I get a message saying g my car is no longer available and I should pick another car. Then I am forced to download an app to start, open, and charge the car... when they could have just used the Tesla app. The app kept crashing and timing out. Not fun to stand outside in 5 degree weather trying to restart the app to get into the car. The car had less than 80% charge but they expected me to return it with more than 80% charge. Worst of all, on a snowy day, the car had no washer fluid (or broken nozzles), not exactly very safe. Turo needs to set higher standards for these fleet companies.
