Really disliked pickup. The logistics of going off campus for BNA were not disclosed upright and the company says pickup at airport on the app. When our trip time drew closer we did not receive pick up instructions until after messaging, texting, then calling the host twice to get answers. I also had to reach back out separately to get the digital key and my license verified.
The car was great but the airport lot they park at is not convenient and I did not care for renting from a company where I couldn’t pin down the host.

Would prefer to use someone’s personal car as opposed to a company. But overall great. Car was clean.
