Car had mechanical issues, low air pressure in tires, & poor response from host. I had to pay for another rental & a vehicle hauler to tow the vehicle back. My first experience with Turo was horrible. I want small refund for the one week rental, & reimbursement for my time taking someone else's vehicle to get a diagnostic to learn why the "check engine" light came on, putting air in the tires, the uhaul box truck i had to rent just to connect their vehicle hauler it took to tow the vehicle back to the pickup location, the over $300 I paid in gas for a U-Haul truck that gets about 4mi/gal, AND the $.89/mile mileage chargeI had to pay for the 500miles I had to drive in a cramped, slow, uncomfortable U-Haul truck.
Horrible first experience with Turo.
P.S. Gas was $4.20/gal. Turo, please make it right...

The car died on me four times. I’m stranded and am not able to get a refund until I return the car or get it towed.
She was expecting a one-way trip, drove the car 14 hours away, and then upon arrival, claimed it had issues. I will report this to Turo for further investigation.

We were unable to access the car. When we reached out to the owner to resolve the issue, it took them 10 hours to respond.
