Don’t get this car it is bad one of the rims is missing. It’s real loud, and the light jumped on when I first got in it. I fill the car back up and he said I didn’t never again

I am writing to formally complain about the rental vehicle I was provided. The vehicle was in unacceptable and unsafe condition. It made continuous loud noises while driving, the radio repeatedly malfunctioned, and there was an exterior light out, which resulted in me being stopped by the police.
Additionally, the trunk would not close properly, making it impossible to safely store belongings. Because of this issue, I was unable to attend church as planned and ultimately had to end my trip early. The overall safety and reliability of this vehicle were not suitable for anyone to be driving.
This experience caused significant inconvenience, stress, and disruption to my trip. I am requesting appropriate compensation and a review of your vehicle maintenance procedures to ensure future customers are not placed in a similar situation.

Car was clean

First off the where late bring me the car so that made me late to work even though I gave myself a hour to get to a normal 25 minute drive.

Then I get and the check engine light comes on and it acts like it doesn’t want to pull.
And when you get out if you want to lock the doors you can use the key to lock the back doors but the front doors you have to lock each one
And then today when I turned the car in today they try rush me even though they where late getting it to me and I was just waiting on my Uber I turned it in at 9 I have rent a lot of cars and by far this was the worse

The cars interior was great and it got me from A to B but the car was making a strange rattle sound and then the day I went to turn it in the battery had died and I had to get it jumped. Also the doors don’t lock which is a safety issue
