Be aware the pickup location has little to no service. Hated I had to bother the host to get the code. Vehicle is good for short distances round Clarksville. The drive to Nashville was a tad sketch cause it does this jerking sensation. Car could have also been a little cleaner.
We do apologize for your experience. The code is sent via Turo messages so it should get emailed to you as well in case you do not have service. We did take the vehicle on the interstate up to 85 mph and were unable to duplicate any jerking of the vehicle.
