Car was shaking at 40mph, picked it up and gas tank was almost on E. Host was also unresponsive about any of the issues. Returned the car early.

Pickup was terrible due to the host not being on site and his family member being sleep. Then when we finally managed to wake the brother up, he could not find the keys so my trip was started really late and he had to fix the light that kept showing up on the dashboard. The host gave me a car with malfunction and the car clearly needs new brakes at the minimum. I had to drive the car because it was too late to cancel after having to wait over 45 minutes in the cold while I waited on the brother to wake up. Because my trip was delayed, my arrival back was delayed and the host was going to give the car without proper cleaning and maintenance done on the car to other guests. The host messaged me rudely several times saying that my issues were none of his concern. Turo guest: BEWARE!

Picked up the car it was dirty and the tires were bad. I had to put air in tires everyday. The car shakes bad when slowing down and it had a bad odor in it. Burn holes everywhere and stains on the seats.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
