Car quality- good
Turo - after first email everything went to spam- finally located it almost too late-then website was glitching and couldn’t upload drivers license- took me almost an hour to pick up my car because of all the issues.-the host was good but i will probably not use Turo again.

Unfortunately, the issues you experienced with the check-in process are handled directly by Turo and are outside of a host’s control.
For future Turo users, I highly recommend downloading and setting up the Turo app before the trip begins, as all check-in steps, driver’s license verification, pickup instructions, and trip updates are managed through the app.
