If I could give no starts I would. The host is terrible. I made one tiny mistake of locking the keys in the trunk and he made me pay for a random to come unlock the car, even though he knew the keys were in the trunk and there was no access through the front part. Then he also made me pay for a locksmith to come make a key. The locksmith told me that this guy wanted another key fob and to make me pay for it and the locksmith was kind enough to tell me he was only making a valet key and charged me the lowest price he could because he even felt like the host was being shady. I will never rent from this company again and I highly recommend nobody else does either.
